We've been having a great time in Vermont. Went to Simon Pearce for a great lunch and visited their studio. They generate all the power for their restaurant, studio and glass furnaces from a hydro-electric turbine in their basement, driven by the Ottuaquechee River behind them. Also, collected maple sap, saw maple syrup being boiled and tasted raw maple sap and fresh made cheeses and maple syrups at Sugarbush Farm
