I recently finished three of the Seventh Circle Audio preamp kits. The A12 is an API clone, the N72 a Neve clone and the C84 a cohen circuit/Millenia clone. All went together really well and fired up fine.
Some quick a/b tests with electrics and acoustics really brought out the differences between the three models as well as some black lion audio and digidesign pres we've been using. Looking forward to putting these towards some creative endeavors.
